Weekly we gather for fellowship, devotion and mission to create quilts for local charities and Lutheran World Relief. Annually we donate 200 of our quilts to LWR, who ships items world-wide to people in need.
In addition, our youth and adults create Personal Care Kits that bundle towel, soap, toothbrush and paste, nail clippers and comb. Kits are also shipped to LWR.
The congregation supports this ministry with donations of supplies, finances and volunteers. Quilts are displayed in the parish hall year-round and in church on Quilt Sunday.
All are welcome to join, no sewing skill is necessary.
Tuesdays 9:00 to noon with devotion and snacks at 10:00.
First and third Tuesday evenings 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
